We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from purchase to request a return.
Personalised Orders
We always send a digital proof to you for final approval before printing. Please make sure you are happy with it before it goes into production. Unfortunately personalised orders cannot be returned unless there is a technical fault with the order.
